We collect financial data only when You purchase the Resume Rewrite service or any future paid offering. We do not store financial data ourselves. Financial data is processed and stored by Stripe, Our payment processor. You should review Stripe's Privacy Policy to determine how it uses, discloses, and protects Your financial data.

Social Networking Data: If You provide Us with links to social or professional profiles (such as LinkedIn) in Your application, We may access the publicly available information on those profiles in the course of evaluating Your application.

(1) Deliver any services purchased by You; (2) Forward Your job application materials to the relevant hiring team; (3) Correspond with You; (4) Process payments or refunds; (5) Contact You about new offerings that We think You will be interested in; (6) Send You a newsletter or other updates about Our company; (7) Request feedback from You; (8) Resolve disputes and troubleshoot any problems; (9) Compile anonymous statistical data for Our own use; (10) Assist law enforcement as necessary; (11) Prevent fraudulent activity on Our website; and (12) Analyze trends to improve Our website and offerings.

Disclosure of Information

We may share Your information with third parties in certain situations. In particular, We may share Your data with third-party processors as needed to serve Our legitimate business interests, which include administration of Our website, communicating with You, taking orders for services, delivering Our services, identifying trends, protecting the security of Our company and website, and marketing additional services to You.

Hiring Teams and Recruiting Partners: When You submit a job application, We forward Your application materials, including Your name, contact information, resume, and any supporting links, to the hiring team for the position to which You applied. By submitting an application, You consent to this disclosure.

Third-Party Processing: We disclose Your information to third parties who assist Us with various tasks, including payment processing (Stripe), website hosting (Vercel), workflow automation (n8n on a self-hosted server), and email delivery (Fastmail).

By Law: We may share Your data as required by law or to respond to legal process, including a subpoena, or as necessary to protect the rights, property, and safety of others.

To Protect Our Company: We may use Your information to protect Our company, including to investigate and remedy any violations of Our rights or policies, acquire and maintain insurance coverage, manage risks, obtain financial or legal advice, or exercise or defend against legal claims.

Sale or Bankruptcy: In the event that Our company is sold, goes out of business, or enters bankruptcy, Your information may be an asset that is transferred to a third-party successor. Such a successor is not bound by Our Privacy Policy and may have its own. You will be notified in the event Our Company is sold, goes out of business, or enters bankruptcy.
